Este proceso no es un simple tr\u00e1mite: su objetivo principal es constatar que las obligaciones establecidas en la <\/span><b>Ley Federal del Trabajo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sus reglamentos y las <\/span><b>Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOMs)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se est\u00e9n aplicando de manera real dentro del centro de trabajo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de que llegue la visita, la STPS debe entregar una <\/span><b>orden de inspecci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en la que se identifican los datos del patr\u00f3n, el centro de trabajo, el tipo de revisi\u00f3n y el fundamento legal que la autoriza.
