El objetivo principal de esta medida es <\/span><b>descentralizar decisiones, agilizar los procesos de revisi\u00f3n y fortalecer la vigilancia fiscal en todo el pa\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con estos cambios, el SAT busca incrementar su <\/span><b>capacidad t\u00e9cnica y territorial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, reduciendo los tiempos de respuesta en auditor\u00edas, requerimientos y actos de autoridad, as\u00ed como reforzar el control sobre operaciones consideradas de alto riesgo o de mayor complejidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los principales efectos de esta ampliaci\u00f3n operativa destacan:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Auditor\u00edas m\u00e1s \u00e1giles y profundas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con mayor acceso a informaci\u00f3n contable y financiera.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Incremento en la supervisi\u00f3n del comercio exterior<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, grandes contribuyentes y sectores estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Facultades para negar o limitar inscripciones al RFC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuando se detecten riesgos fiscales relevantes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Unificaci\u00f3n de criterios legales y administrativos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en los procedimientos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y defensa jur\u00eddica.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este nuevo esquema permite a la autoridad fiscal actuar con <\/span><b>mayor rapidez, alcance y precisi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, lo que refuerza no solo el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, sino tambi\u00e9n aquellas relacionadas con la <\/span><b>Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Dinero (PLD)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la revisi\u00f3n documental de empresas con operaciones complejas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conclusi\u00f3n, el SAT fortalece su capacidad de acci\u00f3n en 2026, lo que se traduce en <\/span><b>procesos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s estrictos, mayor vigilancia y tiempos de respuesta m\u00e1s cortos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para los contribuyentes bajo revisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3ae21b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3ae21b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FUENTES:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BHR M\u00e9xico.
