Seg\u00fan el presidente regional del Consejo Empresarial Mexicano de Comercio Exterior, Inversi\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda (Comce) (Comce), los gastos operativos podr\u00edan subir hasta un 30 %.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vanguardia.com.mx\/noticias\/mexico\/reforma-aduanera-dispara-costos-y-retrasos-importaciones-seran-mas-lentas-y-caras-CK17956664?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las claves del cambio es la figura del agente aduanal: ahora ser\u00e1n considerados corresponsables solidarios de las operaciones de importaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n con las que colaboren, lo que implica nuevas responsabilidades, verificaciones en el pa\u00eds de origen de la mercanc\u00eda y servicios de inspecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s costosos.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vanguardia.com.mx\/noticias\/mexico\/reforma-aduanera-dispara-costos-y-retrasos-importaciones-seran-mas-lentas-y-caras-CK17956664?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, los tiempos de despacho se ver\u00e1n afectados. Actualmente un embarque mar\u00edtimo tarda aproximadamente siete d\u00edas; tras la reforma, ese periodo podr\u00eda duplicarse, sobre todo en puertos ya con alta carga de trabajo como Manzanillo o L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vanguardia.com.mx\/noticias\/mexico\/reforma-aduanera-dispara-costos-y-retrasos-importaciones-seran-mas-lentas-y-caras-CK17956664?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque la intenci\u00f3n del gobierno es combatir el contrabando, la evasi\u00f3n y mejorar la recaudaci\u00f3n, las empresas se\u00f1alan que estas obligaciones adicionales recaer\u00e1n casi en su totalidad sobre el sector privado.
