Estas son compa\u00f1\u00edas que emiten facturas falsas o comprueban operaciones que en realidad no existen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En concreto, una de las propuestas es que el SAT pueda <\/span><b>negar la inscripci\u00f3n al Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a nuevas empresas si en su estructura de socios, accionistas o representantes legales hay personas que ya fueron detectadas vinculadas a estas pr\u00e1cticas de facturaci\u00f3n simulada.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se contempla que el SAT pueda <\/span><b>cancelar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el RFC de empresas existentes en esos mismos supuestos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les ser\u00edan los escenarios que activan esto?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una empresa podr\u00eda quedar en esta situaci\u00f3n si:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiene socios o representantes legales que ya han sido relacionados con facturas de operaciones inexistentes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue se\u00f1alada por emitir comprobantes fiscales falsos o ha sido puesta en listas negras del SAT.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiene cr\u00e9ditos fiscales firmes pendientes con el fisco.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios operativos implicar\u00eda?<\/b><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verificaciones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas: visitas domiciliarias m\u00e1s \u00e1giles para detectar irregularidades.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suspensi\u00f3n temporal de facturaci\u00f3n mientras se investiga si se est\u00e1n usando comprobantes falsos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A los receptores de facturas dudosas se les dar\u00eda un plazo para corregir su situaci\u00f3n. Si no lo hacen, podr\u00edan perder el certificado de sello digital, lo cual impedir\u00eda emitir facturas.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/expansion.mx\/finanzas-personales\/2025\/09\/18\/facturas-falsas-prision?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posible sanci\u00f3n penal a quienes participen en estas redes fraudulentas.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jornada.com.mx\/noticia\/2025\/09\/12\/economia\/negaran-inscripcion-al-rfc-a-empresas-con-socios-previamente-vinculados-a-factureras?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ahora?<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porque los esquemas de evasi\u00f3n fiscal con factureras se han vuelto m\u00e1s sofisticados.
