M\u00e9xico manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por la metodolog\u00eda del panel, al considerar que no tom\u00f3 en cuenta todos los argumentos presentados, incluida una objeci\u00f3n jurisdiccional.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las autoridades insistieron en que las acciones implementadas por la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) se ajustaron a la legislaci\u00f3n nacional, a los compromisos internacionales del pa\u00eds y al principio de buena fe.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, el panel concluy\u00f3 que estas medidas no fueron suficientes para remediar la situaci\u00f3n de fondo.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/empresas\/mexico-pierde-panel-laboral-t-mec-caso-call-center-atento-servicios-20250821-773742.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre abril de 2024 y enero de 2025, M\u00e9xico organiz\u00f3 seis mesas de di\u00e1logo entre Atento Servicios y el Sindicato de Telefonistas de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana (STRM), enfocadas en garantizar la libertad sindical: acceso a los centros de trabajo y reconocimiento del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Local.
