La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta decisi\u00f3n contraviene los compromisos adquiridos por las plataformas digitales durante la reforma laboral al sector, que inclu\u00eda no aumentar los precios de sus servicios.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uber justific\u00f3 el aumento argumentando que es necesario para cubrir los costos adicionales derivados de la reciente reforma laboral, que ampl\u00eda los derechos de los trabajadores de plataformas digitales, incluyendo acceso a seguridad social, vacaciones, aguinaldo y participaci\u00f3n en utilidades. Sin embargo, el Gobierno cuestion\u00f3 la falta de datos precisos sobre el impacto econ\u00f3mico de la nueva legislaci\u00f3n en las empresas del sector.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum ha impulsado esta reforma como parte de sus promesas para mejorar las condiciones laborales.
